THE SMALL PRINT
The terms, in plain words
These terms cover the waitlist and nothing more. When there is a product to sign into, they grow — and everybody on the list hears about it in the same email that lets them in.

What this is
A place in a queue, held by SITUKIT Ltd in Bristol. Not a purchase, not a subscription, not an account — there is nothing to cancel because nothing is owed.
What we owe you
One email, when it is your turn. We open in batches and your number only moves one way — down. We do not promise a date, and we say so.
What it costs
Nothing, and the free tier it leads to is not a trial. Paid plans arrive later for the deeper situkits — never for what you put in yourself.
THE DETAIL
What joining the waitlist means
Twelve clauses, written to be read. If anything here is unclear, that is a bug — tell us and we will rewrite it.
What this is
A waitlist for SITUKIT, run by SITUKIT Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales and based in Bristol. Joining reserves a place in a queue. It is not a purchase, a subscription or an account.
What we owe you
One email, when it is your turn to join. We open in batches, and your number only moves one way — down. We do not promise a launch date, and we would rather open slowly than have the first week go badly.
What it costs
Nothing. There is no payment on this page and nothing to cancel. When paid plans arrive they will apply to the deeper situkits we write — never to what you put in yourself.
What you owe us
A working email address, and that is all. Join once — duplicate entries get merged, not queued twice.
Fair use of this site
Read it, join the list, send the address to a friend. Do not scrape it, hammer it with bots, sign up addresses that are not yours, or probe it for holes. If you find a hole anyway, hello@situkit.com takes security mail seriously and answers it first.
The site, as it is
This site is provided as it is and as available. Pages change, sections move, and occasionally something will be broken — we would rather ship the fix than promise perfection. Nothing on it is professional, financial, medical or legal advice.
Leaving
One link at the bottom of the only email you will get, or an email to hello@situkit.com at any time before that. Leaving is immediate and complete.
What we are not liable for
Joining is free, so our liability is sized to match: if we lose your place, we put you back in it, and that is the extent of it. We are not liable for losses from the site being down or an email arriving late. Nothing here limits liability the law does not let us limit — including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
What is ours, what is yours
The SITUKIT name, this site, its design and the situkits are ours — read them, quote them with credit, do not pass them off as your own. Your email address stays yours; we hold it on loan, under the privacy policy, and joining transfers nothing to us.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change while you are on the list, the new version is published here with a new date at the top. We will not change what we collect or what we send without saying so first.
The legal frame
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If a court finds one clause unenforceable, the rest still stand. Nothing here limits rights that the law does not allow us to limit.
The boring but load-bearing set
These terms are the whole agreement about the waitlist — nothing said anywhere else adds to them. If we let a clause slide once, we can still rely on it later. A place in the queue is personal and cannot be transferred or sold. And nobody who is not you or us gets rights under any of this.
